Reports reaching Adom Kasiebo indicates that the National Security Council will soon invite Mr. Kobina Tahir Hammond for questioning over a car the former Minister bought during the NPP administration.
The source explained that K.T Hammond the Former Deputy Minister for Interior in the erstwhile NPP administration bought his official Audi saloon car without going through the right processing of the car papers.
The source continued that Mr. K.T Hammond hastily processed the car papers within 24 hours which is not the right procedure for car documentation.
Adom Kasiebo learnt that the National Security has not yet officially written to K.T Hammond for invitation, but will do that in no time.
In reaction to this, Adom Kasiebo spoke to Mr. K.T Hammond who is also the MP for Adansi Asokwa in the Ashanti Region to respond to this allegation.
He explained that he did not purchase any official vehicle when he was at the Interior Ministry. He added he has not received any invitation from the National Security to that effect.
The Former Deputy Minister claimed that because is affable in criticizing the government on energy issues, the government wants to the public shift attention which is why the National Security is leveling such an allegation on him.
